JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA Judgment / Order 20/07/2026 Pursuant to order of this Court dated 18.07.2026, learned Government Advocate cum Additional Advocate General has submitted the status report dated 19.07.2026 furnished by the [2026:RJ-JP:27645-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-237/2026] Deputy Superintendent of Police, Circle Ramganjmandi, District Kota Rural. As per the report, Ms. "S.S."-daughter of the petitioner was never taken in illegal detention/custody rather, was called for investigation. It is further stated that she has been and is with her family members. None for the petitioner even in the second round. Taking into consideration the contents of the status report dated 19.07.2026, we do not find it to be a case of illegal detention. Resultantly, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
