JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Judgment / Order 17/07/2026 1. The present bail application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 against the order dated 30.05.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, District Karauli, in Criminal Misc. Case No.249/2026, whereby the bail application of the petitioner was rejected in connection with F.I.R. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2026. He further submits that the challan in the case has already been filed. Moreover, the conclusion of trial will take sufficiently long time and the offences are triable by Magistrate. [2026:RJ-JP:27398] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-8822/2026] 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, apart from the present case, there are four other FIRs registered against the petitioner for different offences, out of which two FIRs pertain to offences under the same Act. He further submits that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail subject to any stringent conditions that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper to impose. 4. Per Contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the present bail application. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 6. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and upon a consideration of the fact that the offences are triable by Magistrate; the challan has been filed; trial will take considerable time; however considering the fact that the petitioner has been involved in past two other similar cases; this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail on stringent conditions. 7. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner namely- Suresh @ Kadya S/o Shri Maddu arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.147/2026, Police Station-Sapotra, District-Karauli, shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Only) with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs.
