By means of the present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant has prayed for staying the recovery warrants issued pursuant to the order dated 29.05.2024 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee, District Haridwar, whereby the applicant was directed to deposit 10% of the cheque amount. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already preferred Criminal Revision No. 87 of 2024 challenging the aforesaid order dated 29.05.2024 and the said revision is still pending consideration before the revisional court. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the revision, recovery warrants have been issued against the applicant. Therefore, it is prayed that the operation and execution of the recovery warrants be stayed till the revision is decided. 4. Considering the innocuous nature of the prayer and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Revisional UKHC010135272026 2026:UHC:7051 Court to decide Criminal Revision No. 87 of 2024, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 5. Till the aforesaid revision is decided, the execution of the recovery warrants issued pursuant to the order dated 29.05.2024 shall remain in abeyance. 6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present application stands disposed of.
