This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants for impleadment of the Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH, Ayush Bhawan, B Page No.# 2/3 Block, GPO Complex, INA, New Delhi-110023 as respondent No. 6 in WP(C) No. 205/2025; and also for deletion of the last sentence of Paragraph No.2 i.e. "Both Missions are under the respondent No. 5"; and further amendment of the first paragraph of the synopsis and replacement of the second sentence with the following sentence "The abovementioned missions are programmes of the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and the Ministry of AYUSH, which are implemented by the State Government, through the Department of Health & Family Welfare". 3. Ms. Suokhrie, learned Additional Advocate General for the State respondents submits that she has no objection in the event of allowing this application. 4. Having heard the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 5. Accordingly, the Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH, Ayush Bhawan, B Block, GPO Complex, INA, New Delhi-110023 be impleaded as respondent No. 6 in WP(C) No. 205/2025; the last sentence of Paragraph No.2 i.e. "Both Missions are under the respondent No. 5" stands deleted; and the first paragraph of the synopsis is amended and the second sentence is replaced with the following sentence "The abovementioned missions are programmes of the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and the Ministry of AYUSH, which are implemented by the State Government, through the Department of Health & Family Welfare". 6. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of. 7.
