In terms of the compliance affidavit, respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and accordingly, passed office order on 23.04.2026 re-fixing the petitioner’s pay. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of compliance affidavit and the office order now passed by the respondents, present execution petition though be disposed of but liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the rederessal of his surviving grievance if any. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order?
