Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the contentions put forth by the learned counsel for the accused-petitioner but did not dispute with the fact that there are no criminal antecedents are registered against the accused- petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and rival contentions advanced by the learned counsel for both the parties and the material available on record; particularly keeping in view the fact that accused-petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2026; that nothing has been recovered at the instance of the accused-petitioner; that the accused-petitioner is not required for further investigation; that trial will take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused- petitioner on bail. 5.
