Verma HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA BORANA Order 17/07/2026 1. The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer that a fair and impartial enquiry be initiated qua the appointment of [2026:RJ-JP:27314] (2 of 2) [CW-11789/2026] respondent No.7 (the daughter-in-law of the present petitioner) in the 'Widow Category'. 2. The case of the petitioner is that respondent No.7 got appointment in 'Widow Category', whereas no Death Certificate of her husband was furnished by her till the date of her confirmation. 3. Heard the Counsel. 4. It is an admitted fact that son of the petitioner i.e. the husband of respondent No.7 expired on 21.01.2017 and she was afforded appointment in the year 2018. In that view, it is incomprehensible as to how her appointment under the 'Widow Category' can be termed to be wrong or illegal. 5. No case for interference is made out and the writ petition is hence, dismissed. 6. Stay petition and pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. (REKHA BORANA),J 1/ANMOL
