The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in passing the impugned order dated 16.11.2015 purporting to combine the two service connections belonging to two different entities as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel submits that pending the Writ Petition, the electricity service connections of the petitioners have been regularized pursuant to the proceedings issued by the respondents. 4. In view of the regularization of the electricity service connections of the petitioners’, nothing further remains for consideration and no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
