JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: “(i) Call for records; (ii) Issue a Writ of certiorari or similar kind of writ quashing the impugned LOC dated 19.08.2024 in LOC Letter LOC Ref No. 2024/10056/00001124 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16815 WP No. 35889 of 2024 issued by the 2nd respondent (produced vide Annexure 'A'); and all further proceedings emanating out of it. ( iii) Pass such other writ, order or direction as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Heard Sri Prasanna Kumar P., learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Shanthi Bhushan H., learned DSGI for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri B.N.Jagadeesha, learned Additional State Public Prosecutor for respondent No.3. 3. In the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties in Crl.P.No.3521/2026, the said petition is disposed permitting the parties to compound the offences, as it is a matrimonial dispute. The impugned lookout circular is issued solely on the score that a crime is registered against the petitioner. In the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the lookout circular stands recalled.
