The respondents/accused entered appearance and filed statement of objections. The paragraph Nos.4 to 6 of the objections indicate that the respondents asserted the possession of the property and produced the RTCs to that effect. It is pointed out that the order of the status quo was not violated by the respondents. In view of the same, we are of the considered view that there is no willful disobedience of the interim order of the learned Single Judge as alleged in the petition.
