C. : 1. The Judgment given by the Reference Court in Land Reference No. 281 of 1993, challenged by the State. Other LAR’s were also disposed of. 2. The details of the calculation is given at page no.29 of the impugned judgment. According to the learned AGP, the enhancement by the Reference Court is within four times of the rate offered by the Special Land Acquisition Officer. 3. The relevant calculation is as follows :- a) Amount awarded by SLAO Rs. 29/sq. mtr. 1 of 2 HMK 24 FA-439-2004.doc b) The amount of enhanced compensation excluding interest, solatium and others. Rs. 2,40,500/- c) Four times amount comes to Rs. 2,76,816/- 4. In view of the Government Notifications dated 03rd November, 2016, 11th May, 2018 and 13th August, 2018, he seeks liberty to withdraw the Appeal. 5. Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. 6.
