Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, has opposed the prayer and has submitted that there is serious allegation against the petitioner that the wife of the petitioner was found murdered in her matrimonial home which was locked from outside and the petitioner was found absconding. He has further submitted that out of 10 witnesses, 4 witnesses have already been examined and the next date in the case before the learned court is 19.05.2026.
5.
Learned counsel for the State has also submitted that the State shall ensure that the witnesses are promptly produced so that the trial is taken to a logical end.
6. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner and the fact that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail only
