Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.215 of 2023 of Penuganchiprolu Police Station, NTR Commissionerate District as “False” vide C.No.203/RFR/ACP-NDG/2026, dated 27.07.2026. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. ::4:: 4. Copy of written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Penuganchiprolu Police Station, NTR Police Commissionerate District along with proceedings C.No.203/RFR/ACP-NDG/2026, dated 27.07.2026, is made part of record. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed, as the main criminal case itself was referred as “false”. However, it is made clear that all the remedies are left open to the respective parties to proceed, in accordance with the law.
