Judgment debtor has filed this writ petition challenging order dated 20.07.2022, passed by the Executing Court, whereby his objection filed under Section 47 CPC was rejected. He has also challenged the order passed by First Additional District Judge, Haridwar in Civil Revision No. 46 of 2022, whereby order of executing Court was affirmed. 3. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, submits that in terms of the decree passed in the suit for UKHC010012802023 2026:UHC:7137 specific performance filed by his client, sale deed has been executed. Thus he submits that the decree stands executed. Copy of the sale deed produced in Court by Mr. M.C. Kandpal, learned Senior Counsel is taken on record. Registry is directed to paginate the same. 4. Since sale deed is executed in terms of the decree passed by trial Court, therefore, challenge to the order whereby petitioner’s application under Section 47 CPC was rejected, do not survive. 5.
