ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:
"WHEREFORE, the petitioner prays that this Hon’ble Cour be pleased to:- (a) Issue writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or
order or direction to quash the E-Auction sale notice dated 24-03-2022, S.No.03/224 issued by the respondent bank as per Annexure-B. (b) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the
facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."

Learned counsel appearing to the respondent/Bank submits that the writ petition has become infructuous, as no sale was conducted pursuant to the E-auction sale notice dated
24.03.2022.

3. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy, in case any further auction is initiated by the respondent Bank. ii. Pending IAs., if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
