By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be please to issue on appropriate writ by restraining the respondent No. 5 in demolishing the petitioner House & Well situated at Khasra No. 1125 area 2.42 Hectare since 50 years. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court may kindly be please to issue a writ of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent No. 2 to decide the petitioner application dated 13.07.2021 which relates to allotment of patta for the land in question within prescribed period. 10.3 Any other relief, which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2.
