"To grant the Writ of mandamus or any other suitable order directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 07.06.2016 of the petitioner properly which is produced at Annexure-E and also legal notice issued by the petitioner dated 02.02.2026 produced Annexure-F. ii. To direct the Respondent Authorities to consider representation dated 07.06.2016 of the petitioner produced at Annexure-E and legal notice issued by the petitioner dated 02.02.2026 produced at Annexure-F iii. To grant costs and such other reliefs as the Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant to the petitioners in the circumstances of the case in the ends of justice and equity”. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21578 WP No. 12372 of 2026 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 07.06.2016 at Annexure-E submitted to the respondent has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 07.06.2016 at Annexure-E and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of Eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21578 WP No. 12372 of 2026 6.
