02/ 03.02.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 176 of 2025, registered under section 303(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bokaro.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegations have been made of damaging cable wire of BSNL Tower. He next submits that 16 kg of copper wire was recovered from the house of the co-accused Krishna Kumar @ Aklu who has taken the name of the present petitioner. He further submits that prior to the present case, three cases have been lodged against the petitioner in which he has been acquitted. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement.

Considering that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused and 16 kg of copper wire has been recovered from the house of the co-accused namely, Krishna Kumar @ Aklu and in that view of the matter, petitioner is directed to surrender before the

learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioner on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper.
6. This anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
