Heard Sri Dwijendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction upon respondent no.2 to decide the Revision No.141 of 2025 filed under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the only contesting respondent in the aforesaid revision. Since lower court records have been received, as such, the revision may be decided within a time frame fixed by this Court in light of the provisions of Rule 183(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. 4. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to decide the pending revision, as noticed above, by passing appropriate order, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 183(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of six months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
