2. Petitioner took a loan from Central Bank of India, which he could not repay. The Bank, therefore, initiated proceedings by invoking power available under SARFAESI Act, 2002. Thus feeling aggrieved, petitioner filed this petition in 2018, seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash impugned E-auction Information dated 28-10-2018 passed by the Respondent No. 2 by which the property of the petitioner would be auctioned on 30-11-2018.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash impugned the possession notice dated 15-09-2018 issued by the Bank passed by the Respondent.
(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant time to petitioner for deposit some reasonable amount and to continue the regular installment of

3. This Court do not find any reason to interfere in the matter, as petitioner has the remedy of approaching Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of SARFAESI Act.
4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternate remedy.
