The petitioners, in this writ petition, pray for a direction upon the respondents not to take any action to terminate the contract of the petitioners even after completion of the seven years of service, as they are supposed to work till 31st May, 2027. 3. The issue of contractual service tenure of the persons who are employed in “Special Auxillary Police Force” (SAP) has already been decided by this Court in W.P(S) No.3008 of 2025, Francis Kujur & Ors. The State of Jharkhand and analogous cases, order dated 17.12.2025, wherein this Court had clearly held that the tenure of service which has been specified and clearly spelt out in the scheme has to be followed, there cannot be any deviation. This Court has also held that mere departmental correspondence cannot amend the scheme as admittedly the tenure was not amended. 4. Since the petitioners’ claim is covered by the aforesaid judgment passed in W.P(S) No.3008 of 2025, Francis Kujur & Ors. Vs. The State of Jharkhand, no relief can be granted to these petitioners. 5.
