The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case from the authorities concerned for its kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct Respondent authorities to decide representation dated 24.03.2026 (Annexure P/4) and consider the merger of petitioner’s services in the Department of School Education with all consequential benefits, within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble High Court deems fit and proper be also awarded.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade III. Alleging unauthorized absence, petitioner was terminated from service vide order dated 24.03.2022 by the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Balrampur – Ramanujganj. The order of termination was put to challenge by way of writ petition bearing WP (S) No. 3643/2026 which came to be allowed vide order dated 28.08.2024 and the petitioner pursuant thereto has been reinstated in service, without back-wages. As the petitioner was earlier terminated from service, her services could not be absorbed under the 3 policy of the State Government in the School Education Department and petitioner is still working as an employee of the Panchayat Deartment. 3. He further contended that according to the policy decision taken by the State Government, all the employees of the Panchayat and the local bodies have been absorbed by the School Education Department. Petitioner has submitted representation before the Respondent No. 4 which is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 4 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner at earliest within specified time. He also submits that the petitioner as of now, has completed about 17 years of service and therefore, according to the policy, petitioner is entitled for absorption. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner seeking direction to the Respondent No. 4 to consider and take decision on the representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 6. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner in particular, submission of counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is working since 2009 and could not be absorbed in the School Education Department because in the meantime, she was terminated from service and subsequently, was reinstated without back-wages, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before the Respondent No. 1, 3, 4, 6 & 8 and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the 4 petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation. 7.
