Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions of states that, pending the Criminal Petition, police filed charge sheet in Crime No.259 of 2023, of Hindupur II Town Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District and the same was numbered as CC No.49 of 2026, on the file of the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hindupur and the same was settled before Lok Adalat vide Award dated 11.07.2026. 3.
