The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding upon the respondent to conduct proper inquiry regarding disbursement of Grant-in-Aid to the recognised Sanskrit school in Jharkhand as per provision prescribed in the 1976 Rule, as the same is not disbursed/distributed as per rule and regulation. (C) No.5505 of 2025 For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding upon the respondent to approve/release appropriate grant-in-Aid for the teachers and staffs of Sanskrit Schools recognized of Jharkhand State as per resolution no.-2887 dated 14.11.2011 issued by the Human Resource Development (Directorate of Secondary Education), Government of Jharkhand.” 3. Considering the nature of relief, the Respondent No.2-The Secretary, Secondary Education, Literacy Department, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi is directed to conduct an inquiry and release the grant in favour of one or another Sanskrit school including the petitioners who fulfil the criteria as per the Resolution No.2887 Dated 14.11.2011 issued by the Human Resource Development Department (Directorate of Secondary Education), Government of Jharkhand. 4. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of. 5.
