The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the Order, dated 09.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26974 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the Respondents submitted that the orders passed by this Court have been complied with and that the District Educational Officer, YSR Kadapa District, had issued proceedings vide Rc.No.720686/A2/2026, dated 30.05.2026. Paragraph No.4 thereof is extracted below:- “In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 4th cited, Wherein the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati has instructed to initiate necessary action for implementation of the above Government orders for sanction of Pensionary benefits under the Old Pension Scheme and to process all the Pensionary benefits including pension and other retirement benefits under the Old Pension Scheme in terms of G.O.Ms.No.179, School Education (Prog.l) Department dated: 18.11.2022 and G.O.Ms. No.7 School Education dated: 13.04.2026 as a one-time measure to all similarly situated Vocational Instructors, subject to verification of eligibility and service records and applicability of conditions stipulated in the said G.O.” 3.
