Mr. Arsh Rattan, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents-State. This application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking permission to organize the Bogdar Fair in the playground of Government Senior Secondary School, Bogdar, Tehsil Noradar, District Sirmour, H.P on 04.06.2026 and 05.06.2026, which are working days. No such permission can be granted during the working of the Education Institution. It has been already so held by this Court in the main order passed in CWPIL No.146 of 2017 dated 22.09.2017.
