The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhuban (Kharkhari O.P.) P.S. Case No.93 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 21 of this application. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of snatching are there against the accused persons. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement and he has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 21 of this application and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of ( 2026:JHHC:1424 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 251 of 2026 his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Madhuban (Kharkhari O.P.)
