2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is working on the post Professional Resource Person (PRP) (Community Cadre) is transferred from Devgarh Livelihood Cluster Organization, Khamhariya Udaipur, District – Sarguja to Savera Livelihood Cluster Organization, Turna Lakhanpur, District – Sarguja vide impugned order dated 17.04.2026. Petitioner is a widow lady and having 08 years old girl child and if petitioner is to join, the transferred place from the present place, it will be difficult for her to take care of her minor child.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that the order of transfer is passed by the Respondent No. 4 for which, she is not representing.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.
5. The only ground which is raised by the counsel for petitioner is the inconvenience to be caused to the petitioner in managing her family, in particular, the minor child, if she is to join the transferred place of posting. In the aforementioned facts of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting her to submit fresh representation before the Respondent No. 4 and if such a representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
