The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.13 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 189(5), 352, 351(2), 126(2), 115(2) and 132 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the there were free fight between two groups. He further submits that the F.I.R. is against 26 named persons and 40-50 unknown persons. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioners. He then submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.32 of the petition and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in 7397 of 2025. ( 2026:JHHC:1210 ) 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioners. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.32 of the petition and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within four weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Muffasil P.S.
