Learned counsel for the parties have today tendered the Consent Terms by which they submit that all the disputes and differences between the parties in the captioned Suit have been resolved. The execution of the Consent Terms is duly supported by the report of the Associate of this Court. 2. Having due regard to the fact that the Consent Terms have been duly executed, the same are marked as “X” for identification and taken on record. The undertakings given in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to the Court. 4. Mr. Nasikwala, learned counsel for Defendant No.1 submits that the pay orders referred to in paragraphs 21 and 22 of the Consent Terms have been duly handed over. This is confirmed by Mr. Bhosale, learned counsel for the Plaintiff. 5. It is expressly clarified that these Consent Terms shall bind only the parties who are signatories to the Consent Terms and shall not bind any other person in any manner. 6. The Suit is disposed of in terms of the said Consent Terms. 7. A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter. The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course. 8.
