Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in awarding the works for carrying out operation and maintenance including watch and ward of 33/11 KV Sub-Stations in the operation circle of Kurnool District in favour of the respondent Nos.8 to 48 violating the conditions of the tender notice dated 11.07.2014 as illegal and arbitrary. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the proposed contract is only for a period of four months i.e., from 01.12.2014 to 31.03.2015 and the said contractual period was already elapsed long back. Hence, cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the matter becomes infructuous. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
