Affidavit of compliance in terms of order dated 30th March, 2026 filed by the alleged contemnor is taken on record. 2. Mr. Ranjan Kali, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor submits that in compliance to order dated 5th August, 2025 the alleged contemnor has passed order on 16th April, 2026. 3. Mr. Lakshman Chandra Halder, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant-petitioner submits that the order has not been passed strictly in accordance with the direction of this Hon’ble Court passed on 5th August, 2025. 4. Upon going through the affidavit of compliance it is found that on the basis of inspection, a sketch map has been prepared and thereafter the parties were 2 called for hearing. After hearing the parties order has been passed by the alleged contemnor. 5. Since the order has been passed by the alleged contemnor in compliance to order of this Court on 5th August, 2025, the contempt application being CPAN 1855 of 2025 stands disposed of.
