P NARAHARI BABU The Court made the following: SRK, J CRP No.3563 of 2025 3 O R D E R The present Civil Revision Petition came to be filed by the petitioners/proposed defendants, challenging the Order dated 26.09.2025 passed in I.A.No.100 of 2025 in O.S.No.16 of 2014 by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hindupur, whereby and whereunder, the application filed by the petitioners/proposed defendant Nos.3 and 4 under Order I Rule 10 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Rule 28 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1990, was dismissed. 2. Today, when the matter has come up before this Court, Sri V.Chetan Susheel, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the trial Court reserved the suit for pronouncement of judgment, and as such, he seeks permission of the Court, to withdraw the Revision Petition. 3. Permission accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs of the Revision Petition.
