It is informed on behalf of the respondent that subsequent to the said order, re-investigation had also been done and final report had been filed on 09.09.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram for offences punishable under Sections 336 and 337 of IPC and Sections 3, 25(9), 25 (1B) (b) and 25(1B)(h) of Arms Act, 1959. It is also informed that said final report had been taken cognizance in C.C.No.381 of 2025 by the Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuam. The calender case is under now under the exclusive jurisdiction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram. 3.
