JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs: “(i) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondent No.2 - Society to consider the representations of the petitioner No.1 dated 25.11.2019, 07.04.2025 and 15.04.2026 at annexure-S, S1 and S2 and the representations of the petitioner No.2 dated 22.07.2014 and 15.04.2026 at annexure-T and T1 and the representation of the petitioner No.3 dated 15.04.2026 at annexure-V in accordance with the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 12.10.2018 in W.P.No.59175/2015 (S-RES) at Annexure-L; (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to grant service weightage of 20% to the petitioners and consequently consider them for appointment to the respective posts in terms of the appointment orders issued by the Respondent No.2 dated 18.03.2025 at Annexures-P and R; (iii) Grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22591 WP No. 13179 of 2026 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representation at Annexure – S, S1 and S2 dated 25.11.2019, 07.04.2025 and 15.04.2026; Annexure-T and T1 dated 22.07.2014 and 15.04.2026 and Annexure-V dated 15.04.2026 submitted to the respondent No.2 has not been considered so far by respondent No.2 nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 submit that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representation at Annexure – S, S1 and S2 dated 25.11.2019, - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22591 WP No. 13179 of 2026 07.04.2025 and 15.04.2026; Annexure-T and T1 dated 22.07.2014 and 15.04.2026 and Annexure-V dated 15.04.2026 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
