The applicant who is in custody since 02.06.2025 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Seraikella P.S. Case No.47 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-b)a/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Seraikella. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. It appears that the road robbery has been committed and this applicant has been apprehended. The trial court judgment shows that investigation is still in progress i.e. the judgment dated 01.08.2025. We are in the month of March, 2026. Stage of the case and the completion of investigation is not clear. 4. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the applicant stands rejected.
