Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of office order dated 26.05.2026, passed by Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 171001. The same is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the same reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment dated 09.01.2026, passed in CWP No.937 of 2026, titled, Rekha Sharma vs. State of H.P. and Ors.,has been complied with and the petitioner has been 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 allowed the higher pay scale in the concerned level of pay matrix after completion of two years regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma’s case. The DDO concerned has also been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrear. 3. Since the mandate contained in the aforementioned judgment stands complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
