Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent authorities to recognize the petitioner's suspension period from 14.12.2022 to 27.12.2023 as service period for all purposes. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant all consequential benefits, including full salary, increments, seniority and other service benefits for the suspension period. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem-fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that petitioner has submitted representation on 08.02.2024 before respondent No.3 with a prayer to consider the period of suspension as period of service which is pending consideration and therefore a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to take decision on representation at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merit and only seeking a direction to decide his pending representation, he is having no objection. 3 / 3 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is dispose off with a direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
