The Court made the following order:
Questioning the Show Cause Notice vide Rc.No.531/2024/B2 dated 24.08.2026 issued by respondent No.4, the present Writ Petition is filed. 2. Heard Smt Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nagaraju Pullagura, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise Department. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Excise Department collectively submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.16406 of 2026 and prayed to pass similar order in this Writ Petition also.
4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition in terms of the order dated 23.06.2026 passed in Writ Petition No.16406 of 2026, by passing the following order:
“ (i) The petitioner is at liberty to submit explanation to the show cause notice dated 24.08.2026 within two (2) weeks from today.
(ii) On receipt of the same, the authority concerned shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law by providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, if required and communicate the same to the petitioner.

(iii) If any adverse orders are passed on the explanation submitted by the petitioner, the authority concerned shall give two (2) weeks time to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy (if available) as per law.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any in the writ petition, shall also stand closed.
