HEMALEKHA ORAL ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as under: " The petitioner submits that the above writ petition I filed against the impugned order passed by the tribunal in dismissing the revision petition on I.A.No.1 for condonation of delay. However, during the pendency of the above writ petition the renewal of permit made in favour of 2nd respondent vide Annexure-E expired on 17.06.2023. It is submitted in view of the judgment of Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court decided in the case of M/s. Jeeva Transport Corporation Limited Vs. KSTAT & others vide W.A.No.73/1992 dated 14.11.1995 last but one para of the judgment has held that once the period of renewal is served out, the writ petition filed before this Hon'ble Court has become infructuous due to passage of time and no orders could be passed by this Hon'ble Court. Hence, the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the above writ - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15348 WP No. 7377 of 2023 petition as the same became in fructuous as on today, in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
