14 /20.01.2026: The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for the following reliefs:
“i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) and/or direction(s) or a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to regularize/recognize the services of the petitioner as an Untrained Assistant Teacher as she has been satisfactorily performing her duties since 19.01.1985 against sanction and vacant post and make payment of arrears of salary w.e.f. 01.01.1989 which the petitioner is legally entitled in view of the order dated 05.09.2018 passed in W.P.(S) No. 921/2011 (Bal Mohan Prasad and others Versus The State of Jharkhand & others) along with analogous cases (Annexure-14). ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) and/or direction(s) or a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of Memo No. 2341 dated 06.09.2019 (Annexure-12) issued by Director, (Secondary) School Education and Literacy,

Government of Jharkhand (respondent no. 3) whereby the claim of the petitioner for regularization/recognition as Assistant Teacher in Hindi Subject has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner is not trained graduate, without considering the earlier order of this Hon'ble High Court passed in W.P. (S) No. 977/2016 dated 01.02.2018 (Annexure-11) as well as the Government Letter No. 142 04.02.1989 (Annexure-6) dated and also in contravention of Memo No. 2743 dated 06.10.2012 (Annexure-13) issued by the respondent no. 3.”
2. Both the parties submits that decision has been taken to absorb the petitioner and pay all the benefits.
3. Considering the said submission this writ petition is
disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 5-District Education Officer, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa to make the necessary payment to the petitioner preferably within the period of four weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order.
