At the stage of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order in the instant lis. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.23 of 2025 of Gandlapenta Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District as “Mistake of Fact” vide C.No.100/REF/SDPO-K/2025 dated 15.05.2025 issued by the concerned authority. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 6 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed, as the main criminal case itself was referred as “Mistake of Fact”. However, it is made clear that all the remedies are left open to the respective parties to proceed, in accordance with the law.
