The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 478 of 2019 arising out of Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B. A. Nos. 8020 of 2022 and 9256 of 2023. Submission has been advanced by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2019. It has further been submitted that despite the trial having been fixed under the heading for judgment, on an application being allowed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C., the witnesses are being examined and there is no chance of the trial being concluded in the near future. Learned P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner is the main assailant. It appears that the record has been posted for argument of the parties. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner VII cum Special Judge CBI (AHD Scam), Ranchi in connection with S. T. No. 478 of 2019 arising out of Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019, subject to the condition that he shall remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial, unless prevented by sufficient cause.
