Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the judgment dated 24.07.2025, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.11260 of 2024, titled, Renuka Sharma vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, on the basis of which, the petition preferred by the petitioners was decided, has been stayed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court. In view of this, he does not want to press the present execution petition at this stage.
