Memo reads as under: "Undersigned counsel for petitioner prays that this Hon'ble court be pleased to permit to pay as per the Trial court Judgement Award amount of Rs. 10,90,000/- and fine amount of Rs. 10,000/- shall be remitted to the state and total fine amount of Rs.11,00,000/- in C.C.No.22075/2016 dated 24-11-2020, further petitioner has already paid 50% deposit cheque amount of Rs.5,45,000/- before the Trial court. The petitioner now undertakes to pay the remaining balance of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19550 CRL.RP No. 1336 of 2022 Rs.5,55,000/- within a period of 6 months in accordance with the following schedule below mentioned. 1. Rs.2,00,000/-(rupees Two Lakhs only) on 10-06-2026 2. Rs.2,00,000/-(rupees Two Lakhs only) on 10-08-2026 3. Rs.1,55,000/-(rupees One Lakh Fifty Five Thousand only) on 10-10-2026 In view of the above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to take the aforesaid compliance of record and pass such further orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit, in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
