Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, basing on the written instructions, submits that in view of subsequent events taken place in the lis, the main case itself has been quashed in Crl.P.No.9107 of 2025 by this Court, wherein this Court quashed the criminal proceedings against the petitioner herein.
