This I.A. has been filed by the petitioners for modification of the order dated 21.04.2026. 2. Heard. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court vide order dated 21.04.2026 while enlarging the petitioners on bail, imposed a condition that “(vi) they shall be released on bail subject to verification of similar type of antecedents”. However, the petitioners could not avail the benefit of the said order, as they were involved in one case i.e. Padampur P.S. Case No.397 of 2025. It is further contended that in the said case, the petitioners have already been released on bail. Hence, he seeks modification of the said order. 4. For the reason stated in the application, the prayer for modification is allowed. The condition No.(vi) as stated above is accordingly modified to the extent that the petitioners shall be released on bail, subject to further verification as to whether except the pending case already disclosed, any similar nature of case is pending against them or not. 5.
