Heard on Cr.M.P. filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. 2023 for correction/modification of order dated 27.04.2026 passed in MCRC No.3753/2026 wherein it is prayed that the applicant’s father’s name has inadvertently been shown as “Deepak” instead of “Darbari Ram Thakur”. 2. By way of this petition, counsel for the applicant sought for modification/correction in the order dated 27.04.2026 and the said mistake may be treated as bona fide. 3. State counsel has no objection and stated that as per arrest memo and seizure memo, the applicant’s father’s name is “Darbari Ram Thakur” and not “Deepak”. It is made clear that father’s name of the applicant be read as “Darbari Ram Thakur” instead of “Deepak”. After correction, the applicant’s cause-title may be read as follows: “Lakshya Thakur @ Lucky, S/o Darbari Ram Thakur, aged about 20 years, R/o village Ameri, Present Address Village Suhela, P.S. Suhela, Distt. Baloda-Bazar-Bhatapara (C.G.)” 5. The error occurred in the said order stands corrected/modified to the above extent. A copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the applicant along with the copy of order dated 27.04.2026 passed in MCRC No.3753/2026. 6.
