Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs; 6 / 7 “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and difference of salary (Rs. 14,000/ minus Rs. 10,000/-) from the year 2018 onwards, along with annual increments @ 5% per year with loyalty bonus 10% after three year and 5% after Fifth year of service 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the representations of the Petitioners. 10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition.” 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners were appointed as Lab Technician under the Chief Medical and Health Officers in different districts. He submits that initially they have been engaged on contract on a fixed pay of Rs. 10,000/- per month. Subsequently, the State Government has enhanced the fixed pay to be given to the employee like petitioners from Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 14,000/- . In Rajnandgaon district, payment to the similarly placed employees is paid @ Rs. 14,000/- per month. He also contended that according to his instructions, the State Government is depositing under the pay head of the employees like petitioner @ Rs. 14,000/- per month, however, the petitioners are being paid only Rs. 10,000/-. Aggrieved with which petitioners have submitted representations before respondent No. 3, however, the representations submitted by the petitioners were not considered and decided and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation(s), at the earliest, within specified time frame as petitioners are suffering financially due to arbitrary act on the part of respondent No. 3. 7 / 7 3. Counsel for the respondent No. 3 would submit that as petitioners have already submitted representation(s) raising their grievance as raised in this writ petition, it will be considered in accordance with law, if it is still pending. 4. Counsel for the State submits that from the pleadings made in the writ petition, it is appearing that the grievance of the petitioner is against respondent No. 3 only. 5. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioners to submit fresh comprehensive representations, along with all supporting documents before respondent No. 2 and 3, and in the event such a representation is submitted, concerned authorities are directed to consider and take decision on the representations to be submitted by petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation, in an objective manner. 6.
