Two of the said conditions required the first petitioner to stay at Mahe and report before the Palloon Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner to stay at Karaikal and report before the Karaikal Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the aforesaid conditions. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any default. 3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed in Para No.7 (iii) & (iv) by this Court vide judgment dated 29.01.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL.MP.No.6185 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 4. Accordingly, the conditions regarding the petitioners’ appearance, as imposed by this Court in para No.7 (iii) & (iv) of the order dated 29.01.2026 passed in Crl.A.No.1937 of 2025 are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m. from 15.04.2026 to 20.04.2026 and thereafter, on the dates scheduled by the Trial Court. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 29.01.2026 remain unaltered. 5.
